State of the art: Android

During our first semester of Telecommunications and Network specialization, we had to do two “State of the art” presentation in groups of three. These presentations needed to last an hour, and the slides should be self-sufficient.

For our mobile communications course, the subject was Android. We found 9 key points that our presentation would talk about:

  • What is Android?
  • History of Android
  • Android app store
  • Security aspects of Android
  • Android distributions
  • Android for Enterprises
  • Android for IoT
  • Market share of Android
  • The future of Android

I researched and presented 3 points, which were “What is Android”, “Android distributions” and “Android in IoT”.
